Charleston Harbor Buoy Bell™
As a mariner approaches through the Southerly end of Sullivan’s Island channel, the beautiful and haunting sounds of the Buoy bells give warning and guidance. A fun fact in the research of the bell buoy We found the first bell buoy was made by the inventor Captain Henry Brown in 1890!
This bell measures 16.5 inches and has 2 deep tones.
