TA DAH!! The Bells will be back! From Davidsons to Davises a new family has purchased this business. Jim and Mary Davis, along with parents Ron and Peggy Davis, are the new owners with a strong commitment to producing bells as soon as some new equipment allows. We expect to have some bells available by early December. Watch this space and keep in touch! Thanks for your patience as this new endeavor for us takes shape and catches its own wind!
From recycling paper, to conscientious practices of our processes, using friendly lighting for efficiency and best of all, using recycled steel that produces beautiful tones of "Haunting Sounds, Magic Memories®"!

The seed of North Country Wind Bells began as Jim Davidson played with scrap metal on his small farm in the 1950s. He was attempting to mimic the sounds of the harbor bouys which sometimes guided him in the fog on his lobster boat on the coast of Maine. In the mid1970s as Jim and his wife May were looking for a new way to sustain themselves economically as they aged, they remembered the buoy bells Jim had played around with.
